We have partnered with a fantastic range of suppliers to serve a selection of award-winning ice cream, speciality gin, spirits, wine, prosecco and soft drinks. Independent and family owned Tarquin’s Gin was the Gold medal winner at the World Spirits Competition 2016 and is perfectly complimented by Peter Spanton’s finest mixers, especially in one of our ‘Character Cocktails’. Our ice-creams are from Marshfield Farm near Bath, a family owned farm who use organic milk from their own cows to make yummy ice cream.

Looking for a pre-theatre supper with a great view?
A trip to the theatre is a real treat however lengthy dinners beforehand don’t tend to fit with a 7.30pm start! Fortunately we’ve just launched a delicious pre-theatre supper menu so you can enjoy some of your Gillray’s favourites before curtain up.
To start, options include our crayfish cocktail, served with spiced avocado, shaved fennel, marinated tomato and basil sour cream or how about the ham hock, butterbean and Hampshire watercress salad? For mains, steak is of course an option! A 200g sirloin steam is paired with salt and vinegar chips and plenty of Béarnaise sauce, or for something slightly lighter there’s the baked coley fillet with a summer vegetable and pearl barley stew and paprika sausage. Round things off with a classic lemon posset with poppy seed crumble and coriander jelly or strawberries and cream with a champagne sorbet – delicious.
Two courses plus a glass of sparkling wine all comes in at only £25 so don’t hang about!
Every day from 5:00 to 6:00pm and from 9:00 to 10:30pm
